Today is the first day 'out in the field' for the culinary artists. The summer program has just started and they've just gotten their feet in the door. They spent today learning to grasp what they will be accomplishing this summer. 
Every student is required to wear an apron, and a chef hat (although they cannot take it home). And of course, every student must clean up their mess when their done learning and experimenting with the food.
